what you have to offer?

As an entrepreneur, belief is fundamental to becoming success.  Read this quote and think about how it applies to your business:

Here is the reality: Everyone sells.  Zig Ziglar does a whole talk about this.  A mom sells her kids on eating right. Kids sell their parents on why they should stay up late.  A man sells himself when he proposes to a woman.  Every part of our lives has something that we sell.

Everyone is selling, but entrepreneurs have a larger goal. They want to see the change in people’s lives.  Remember, you are a facilitator in someone’s growth. As an entrepreneur you have great influence in your customers, employees and your community.

Your influence comes in the way you help make a customer’s life better.  You are a facilitator to someone’s growth or change.  What you have makes a difference in the world.  Entrepreneurs are important to our society.  You are important to the world.

Think about how you can make the world a better place.  That should be why you are doing your business.  If you want to make a difference in the world, you must be a change agent.  That is the driving force behind entrepreneurism.  You are a person who wants to make the world better.

Today, if you have lost your passion, I want you to dig down to why you really do what you do. I want you to find that spark of inspiration.  Take that spark and make it a reality.  Share your story and the passion behind what you do.

Change your focus to how you can make the world a better place.  Don’t focus on more sells, focus on more changed lives.  Your paradigm shift will help you gain more customers and people will line up to know more.  People love to get behind people of passion.

Ultimately, your customers will see you differently and your business will grow.  You will be known as the company that cares for its customers.  They won’t feel like you are trying to sell them, they will feel like you are trying to make their lives better.
