Hi, I’m Lyle! I’m first and foremost a Christian. God has gifted me with discernment, leadership and teaching, so I use my gifting to equip others to make the impact that God has placed on their lives as entrepreneurs.
My Story
I learned about Christ in my preteens, even though I had been at VBS many times in elementary. I didn’t come from a ‘Christian’ home, so I had to find my faith for myself.
I think I was born an entrepreneur. I remember in elementary school organizing my friends to raise money for toys, games or candy. I wanted us to have our own money since many of us didn’t have from our parents.
After graduation I went into Advertising for a few years when God called me into ministry. I didn’t know ministry could be a vocation until an elderly woman in our church told me I could be in ministry. I was ordained and began working in ministry bi–vocationally.
I finished out my college degree at East Texas Baptist University. It was funny, I graduated Magna Cum Laude, but I didn’t even know what that meant. I just wanted to do my best to honor God. I went on to seminary and got my Master’s in Christian Education.
After spending 20 years in ministry, God called me back to the marketplace where I can make an impact on those who are influencing the world through their business. I began coaching in 2009, and have been blessed to impact so many lives.
My Values & Beliefs
God Gets all the Glory
People are often amazed when God reveals wisdom through me. I am humbled and honored, but I must remind them it is God who is doing guiding.
I'm a Steward
I recognize that everything comes from God: time, talent and treasure. I am honored and do my best to align each of those things in a God honoring manner.
We are on Mission
God wants us to be the best version of ourselves so we can reach as many people as possible for Him. That can only happen when we are aligned with the mission God places on our lives.
God Calls Us
As entrepreneurs, we are a special breed. God calls on us to live out the passion He has placed on our hearts. Business is a calling and a gift.
You are Responsible
The choices you have made have brought you to where you are. It is your responsibility to grow on the good things and delete the bad things. Only God can make a break through, but together we can help you set a path towards success.
My Approach
Everyone is different, but in many ways we are the same. I believe in taking what is known and following a proven path. On top of that we layer where you are and where you want to go.
1. We meet for an initial discovery session to see if we are good fit and if I can help. (I will pray for you.)
2. We will lay out a plan that works for you. We can meet weekly or monthly, but you must do the work.
3. We will gauge your success, pivot when necessary and align the right tools to help you scale and be more productive.
